Which Premier League giants can afford to recruit Mbappe?

When the discord between Kylian Mbappe and PSG has not shown any signs of cooling down, the prospect of the French captain leaving is probably sooner or later this summer.
Kylian Mbappe’s favorite stop is still Real Madrid. However, the Premier League giants are also ready to create historic deals. So which team in the foggy country is capable of recruiting the top star of French football?
 - Bóng Đá
MU cannot afford to recruit Mbappe this summer.
In terms of finances, Man United will be eliminated first, because the budget of the Red Devils this summer cannot recruit a star worth hundreds of millions of euros. Many predict that if the billionaires of Qatar promptly acquire Man United, Mbappe will be the debut gift. However, when the Glazer family has not yet ceded the club, the prospect of the Red Devils owning Kylian is too far away.
The remaining names with financial strength such as Man City, Newcastle, Arsenal, Liverpool or Chelsea can all recruit the French captain if they can convince him and pay enough money for PSG. But to get Kylian Mbappe’s nod is not easy. At that time, 3 teams, Newcastle, Liverpool and Chelsea could be excluded from this round.
Newcastle is just an emerging name, Liverpool must play the Europa League while Chelsea cannot attend the European Cup. With a personality as big as Mbappe, playing in the prestigious Champions League arena is definitely a top priority.
So there is only a two-horse race between Man City and Arsenal…
According to recent information, Arsenal is a team that is excited about the prospect of being able to own the world’s top striker. This is understandable because the Gunners are very determined to win this year by investing heavily in the summer transfer window with Kai Havertz, Jurrien Timber or Declan Rice. If there is more Kylian Mbappe, Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal will be extremely beneficial.

Mbappe has expressed interest in Arsenal under Arteta.
But do not ignore the name that has never been less ambitious, Man City, even though the Etihad team has just won a historic treble (Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League). Everyone knows that coach Pep Guardiola never rests on victory, so even if he has a good army, he will still strengthen his forces if possible. Worth mentioning, in the current Man City squad there is a star that PSG is aspire to own, that is Bernardo Silva.
The French team has been targeting the Portuguese star for a long time and has also struck a chord with The Citizen. So it wouldn’t be surprising if Silva went to PSG and Mbappe went the other way. In terms of budget, Man City is just better than Arsenal. In terms of prestige, The Citizen is still one level above the Gunners. With the addition of the strategic card Bernardo Silva, the fact that Man City won against Arsenal in this historic deal is not too surprising.
Everything is in the discretion of Kylian Mbappe and the attitude of PSG or Real Madrid. If all three sit together, there is no chance for the Premier League giants. But when things are not finished, never say never in the transfer market.
