Neymar posts a status tribute to Lionel Messi

Striker Neymar recently said goodbye to “senior” Lionel Messi after M10 decided to part with PSG after the 2022/2023 season.

After the match against Lyon on the evening of April 3, striker Lionel Messi was officially no longer playing for PSG. After the old contract expired at the end of this June, M10 decided to leave. It is not clear where the Argentine superstar’s next stop is, but it is likely that he will go to the US to play.

And with his affection for “the elder” after many years of working together, Neymar recently had a post on his personal Facebook page to thank Lionel Messi.

Specifically, the striker born in 1992 wrote: “Brother. Even though things didn’t work out, we think we did our best. Very honored to have played two more seasons with him. Wish you always happy and lucky in the upcoming journey”.

Neymar spent four seasons playing with Messi at Barcelona when he joined the club in the summer transfer window of 2013. The duo then continued to play together in two seasons 2021/22 and 2022/23 when M10 arrives at PSG.

After Messi, Neymar is also said to leave the Paris capital team in the summer transfer window of 2023 in the context of PSG’s willingness to sell him in the summer of 2023 to reform the squad. Currently MU is said to be the next stop of this player. In addition, Man City coach Pep is also said to be eyeing Neymar.
