Neymar has “liked” a post criticizing Kylian Mbappe when tensions at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) were at their peak.

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi was suspended internally by PSG for 2 weeks for going to Saudi Arabia without permission. Messi is expected to leave the Parc des Princes team at the end of the season when his contract expires.

Neymar’s future at PSG is also at stake. PSG leaders have changed the policy and set up a new plan at the club. Accordingly, PSG will prioritize young players, homegrown stars and French players, rather than superstars entering the twilight of their careers like Neymar and Messi.

According to L’Equipe (France), Neymar’s official Instagram account “liked” the post that Pundit Ofuiclear criticized Mbappe. Meanwhile, Neymar’s Twitter account “liked” a post showing him and Lionel Messi looking very happy playing for Barcelona together.

Neymar himself also took to Instagram to post a cryptic message as he wrote: “Don’t let people push you into their storm, leave them alone”. The Brazilian superstar was facing a wave of criticism from PSG fans when they came to his home in Paris calling for him to leave PSG at the end of this season. Neymar is currently suffering from a long-term injury that will have to be out of action until the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi was in a similar situation to Neymar when PSG fans protested against him in front of the club’s headquarters in Paris. After PSG’s 2-week suspension, Messi made an apology in a video he posted on social networks.
