According to Transfermarkt statistics, PSG recruited a total of 12 new players in the 2023 summer transfer period. These include big stars like Randal Kolo Muani, Ousmane Dembele, Goncalo Ramos, Lucas Hernandez… the total cost increased. to 349.5 million Euro.

This is the largest ever spending level for a transfer period in the entire history of the French capital club. Notably, L”Equipe revealed that despite large expenditures, PSG still meets financial fairness laws.

It’s all thanks to the huge budget surplus that the Paris Club has when it no longer has to bear the huge salaries of Messi, Neymar or Ramos this season. After the above trio of digital stars, PSG was recently confirmed to sell Marco Verratti to Qatar’s Al Arabi Club.
