Real Madrid forwards Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Joselu and Brahim Diaz do not want their side to sign Kylian Mbappe.

Mbappe has informed Paris Saint-Germain that he will not renew his contract with the club beyond the 2023-2024 season. As a result, the defending Ligue 1 champions are looking to sell the player this summer as they do not want to let him go for free.

According to El Nacional newspaper, the Spanish Royal team is very interested in Mbappe to strengthen the attack, after striker Benzema left the club. Two years ago, there were rumors that Real Madrid were about to sign the French striker. However, Mbappe then “turned around” to stay at PSG with a three-year contract with huge salaries, bonuses and loyalty fees.

Real Madrid’s leadership was angry with Mbappe and called him “a traitor” but they also admitted they wanted to have the France captain in the squad. But not everyone likes Mbappe moving to play in La Liga.

Brazilian striker Rodrygo does not want this to happen, because if Mbappe joins Real Madrid, he could lose his place as an untouchable outstanding player in the squad.

Vinicius Junior is also at the center of Real Madrid’s attacks next season, with Karim Benzema leaving the club this summer. But if Mbappe comes here, he could lose that position. So the Brazilian striker is against the idea of a PSG superstar joining Real Madrid.

Similarly, Joselu also does not want to see Mbappe, as this will reduce his chances of playing regularly at the club he joined on loan. Brahim Diaz, who has returned from loan spells at AC Milan, will have to compete for a place in the starting line-up. Mbappe’s arrival will make that task more difficult for the Spaniard.

Kylian Mbappe has worn the number 10 shirt for France and the number 7 shirt for Paris Saint-Germain club. So if you join Real Madrid, you can ask for one of those shirt numbers. Meanwhile, Vinicius Junior has just received the number 7 shirt after Eden Hazard left the club and did not want to give it to Mbappe. The Brazilian striker is considered a mainstay of Real Madrid and is expected to stay at the club in the near future.

The number 10 shirt is also unavailable at the moment, as it is being worn by club legend, Luka Modric. So Kylian Mbappe may have to pick the number 9, some of which have been empty since Karim Benzema left to join Al Ittihad.

He also will not renew with the French club and is expected to leave for free at the end of the 2023-2024 season. Some sources believe that the deadline for deciding on Mbappe’s future falls on July 31. That is the day he will receive 40 million euros of his 80 million euros in loyalty bonus but PSG do not want it to happen.
