According to Marca (Spain), striker Kylian Mbappe agrees to play for any European club, provided that he meets a record salary.

Mbappe does not rule out the possibility of leaving PSG this summer, but according to Marca newspaper issue 2/7, the only condition for him to accept is a salary of $ 260 million per year at the new club. If the claim comes true, Mbappe will set a record for the salary of a football player.

At PSG, Mbappe is said to receive about 220 million USD a year. This figure includes 88 million salary, 66 million signing bonus and 66 million loyalty bonus. Mbappe’s salary does not include tax. Mbappe’s demands can make it difficult for clubs to buy. In addition to salary, they also have to pay transfer fees to PSG. According to Marca, the Ligue 1 champion will demand no less than $200 million. In 2018, PSG also had to spend 200 million to buy Mbappe from Monaco.

Mbappe only has a contract until June 2024. In early June, he informed the PSG leadership about not activating the extension until June 2025. If not sold this summer, PSG must accept to lose everything after a year.
