No Budget Constraints: LeBron James Makes a Statement in $25k Outfits at Lakers vs. Nuggets Season Opener

LeBron James arrived at the arena in style, despite the fact that the Los Angeles Lakers dropped their season opening against the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday. The big man showed up wearing an amazing $28,000 outfit, which included the bag he has been promoting in large-scale national advertisements, amid his latest partnership with Louis Vuitton.

James arrived to the Denver Nuggets’ Ball Arena, slaying his look, in the iconic camera shot of all the players making their way to the venue. He matched the $1,220 LV checker derby sneakers, a pair of $1,250 jeans, and a $5k camo tweed collarless jacket. However, the two remaining items from his ensemble were the most costly. Along with the LV bag, which sells for $9,500, and the Speedy Bandouliere 40, which cost him an impressive $11,000.

LeBron James struggled against the defending champions despite scoring 21 points in the season opener. After a badly defended three-pointer, he got his eyes poked and collapsed to the ground in front of Reggie Jackson. More significantly, though, D’Angelo Russell disregarded him despite obvious cues to give the ball to him.

Ultimately, the Lakers suffered a final-game defeat of 119-107, ending their season. The good news is that things will only get better from this point forward. In addition, Anthony Davis shot 0–6 from the field and failed to score at all in the second half. James really needed the large man to stand up for him, but it never happened.

The Los Angeles Lakers did not play like they did in the previous season, but they did fall short against the club who defeated them in the Western Conference Finals. James will require every ounce of support from each and every one of his teammates if they are to emerge as a major title contender in the West this season. One of the main reasons they were unable to win the game against the Nuggets was because they were unable to communicate with each other. Next up, on Thursday night, LeBron and the Lakers host the Phoenix Suns at home. Is LeBron James dressing more casually at home or will he wear another pricey outfit to the next game?
